The growing popularity of sailing and power-boating, together with booming demand for stylish waterfront living, has been good news for marina development and management specialist Quay Marinas Limited. The company’s history goes back more than 30 years, including a period when it operated as Crest Nicholson Marinas, providing marina expertise to the Crest Nicholson PLC property development group.

The name change to Quay Marinas came about when it was re-launched in January 2005 following acquisition of the business by the company’s long-established management team.
