System now installed at all seven locations
HavenStar, the leading marina management software from Star Computers, has gone live at the Stourport Marina on the River Severn following its recent acquisition by Tingdene Marinas Ltd.
Stourport Marina has 130 moorings and has been designed to berth wide beam ocean going craft, as well as river and canal cruisers. All berths are on a floating pontoon system with water and electricity points.
This latest installation means that all of Tingdene’s marinas are now managed through HavenStar, following the system’s success at Brundall Bay, Thames & Kennett, Pyrford, Windsor Racecourse, Upton upon Severn and Walton.
A key benefit of the adoption of HavenStar across Tingdene’s locations is that managers at the group’s head office in Northamptonshire are now provided on a weekly basis with essential financial and management information, presented in a standardised format. This helps Tingdene to monitor and compare the financial and operational performance of individual marinas.
Commenting on the deployment of HavenStar, Ian Collier, Tingdene’s Development Director and Steve Arber, the Operations Director, said they were delighted with the speed and efficiency with which the Star team installed the system at Stourport Marina.
