Star TaskCentre will provide a powerful mechanism for effectively monitoring all financial aspects of the underlying time & billing software. You will be able to define rules that will identify exceptions as they occur and notify appropriate staff enabling them to take any necessary action.
In addition to the automated notification of exceptions via email or SMS, Star TaskCentre can also be configured to provide information upon demand. Simply by sending an email to the system you can receive back details of any underlying Practice Management data, as an example if you are about to visit a client, email a request for details of outstanding fees and by return you will receive the information directly to your PC or mobile device. Potential tasks could include:
- Jobs approaching or exceeding budget
- Clients exceeding credit limits
- Remote request for information
