The majority of Star’s people servicing our market have a background in the profession, whether they be qualified or part-qualified CPAs, or from a more specialist background, such as tax, corporate recovery or IT management. This means our staff are already familiar with the relevant working practices and procedures and well aware of the business issues.
Global Support
We currently provide a comprehensive software support service to clients in 40 countries, across 19 timezones. Our international support centre offers unrestricted telephone access plus modem and Internet support in order to ensure that all clients receive a first class service, wherever they may be located.
